Bookings Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules do change, however, we ask that you adhear to our cancellation policy. All notices must be given via email or call and you must receive confirmation that we have received your request.

If you have booked a massage:

• Notices given within 1 hour of your booking, no refund will be given.
• Notices given with more than 1 hour of your booking, your deposit will be refunded.

 "No Shows" will be charged the full deposit.

Gift Certificates

Certificates are non-refundable and are valid for one year.
